Shipping & Returns

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 5–10 business days of purchase. You will receive tracking information once your item has shipped. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and limited nature of my work, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Refunds are not issued unless an item arrives damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging. I will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and do my best to find a fair resolution.
